The original Mariah decals are very hard to come by. Sometimes they pop up on ebay, but go for a tidy sum... If you aren't too particular, you can order new shields from Sea-Fox, they are trimmed in silver (as opposed to the original gold) but only an expert would know the difference.
The trim sender on an alpha drive is sold as a package (both trim sender and trim limit sender) The part # is 805320A03. It's a big job to replace them, you must remove the drive and the bell housing...
The sender for the depth sounder can come loose from the hull (will need to be re-epoxied) or sometimes the mineral oil in the sender leaks out, either of which will cause erratic readings. On mine the sender is located in the bilge of the engine compartment on the starboard side.
The speedo pickup is a very small hole on the leading edge of the outdrive. See this thread:
Replacement Boat Guages?!. Usually, it gets full of crud and doesn't work. Using a small drill bit in your fingers (don't use a power drill...) just ream the hole and remove the debris.
I'm not sure about the seat pedastals. I know several members have removed them. I do know there is an aluminum backing plate under the foor that the bolts thread into. Maybe another member can help you out here.
I used Mr. Clean magic erasers followed by a very liberal applicaiton of Meguiars Rubber/Vinyl protector on my interior. It was amazing how great it looked afterwards. I'd caution against using the magic erasers regularly, they are abrasive, and will likely deteriorate the vinyl after reapeated use.
