I tried taking apart my Attwood bilge blower last year. It looked to me as the whole casing would have to be broken apart to get into the actual motor. I was able to spray WD-40 down into it and it spun super quiet for about 30 seconds or so. Then it went right back to its annoying loud rattle. So I ended up just replacing them.

cs is right on the money. It'll never be the same , your going to have to get a new one for sure.
    $50.00 tops.

Replacing it is always much easier. Takes about 10 minutes tops. I think I paid around $30 for a brand new Attwood Turbo blower.
