noisy blower

hi guys, My bilge blower is getting noisier every time we go out. Is this normal? Can I do any maintenance on it or have to buy another one. I have an sx18.

I tried taking apart my Attwood bilge blower last year. It looked to me as the whole casing would have to be broken apart to get into the actual motor. I was able to spray WD-40 down into it and it spun super quiet for about 30 seconds or so. Then it went right back to its annoying loud rattle. So I ended up just replacing them.

cs is right on the money. It'll never be the same , your going to have to get a new one for sure.:shakehead:
$50.00 tops.

Re: noisy blower

Replacing it is always much easier. Takes about 10 minutes tops. I think I paid around $30 for a brand new Attwood Turbo blower.
