Amazing Find at Resale Shop
On my 275, the gauges are in great condition except the depth gauge was very worn. My son and I stopped by a local boating resale shop which was filled with a million parts and pieces. In one room was a rack with dozens of gauges and I quickly noticed a distinct gold Faria gauge standing out from the rest. Closer look and it was a depth gauge I needed. To make things even more amazing, it was only $3. 
Now I need to figure out how to get to the back of the dash panel to switch them out.
