1993 Talari Engine change resale value
A rod thrown in my Penta 5.7 last week.  The boat is 21 feet. Someone will give me a 1979 350 engine to replace it vs purchasing a rebuilt motor. What should I do? The interior is nice and rehabbed. I will consider selling the boat at end of season. Is the extra cost in a rebuilt warrantied motor ($2000 extra) worth it on the resale value vs just dropping in the '79???? Help please
