Default Re: Mariah Horns Question

I am just replacing my horn and it is a little different. I have the AFI Model "L" in my 2001 Z202 Shabah. There are many out there that I could make work, but the one that is pretty much an exact match for me is the Marinco Model # 10706000 from West Marine. Just passing this along for anyone else out there looking...

OK this might be a stupid question, but is the horn on the steering wheel on my z240? I for the life of me cannot find the horn. I have the hidden horns on the starboard side.

No, there is a switch on your dash for the horn. If you look in this pic, you'll see it's the last switch on the right next to the steering wheel.

Okay. I'm pretty sure there isn't a switch for the horn on mine. I've looked all over the dash.

Look for a rocker switch that returns automatically to its home position (spring loaded). Chances are it's there but the horn isn't working.

no push button for the horn? I could sell you an old used squeeze bulb horn off my bicycle if needed.

Here is my dash. I'm thinking maybe the horn toggle switch was next to the seat control where there is a blank. Anyone have thoughts?

What's to the left of the wheel? I can see the blower switch and something else. Not sure if it's the "something else" or if there's supposed to be another switch down there...

Left of the steering wheel is the nav/anchor light switch, dash dimmer, and blower switch.

I would have said that was it to the left of the seat switch....but what's the one to the right of the seat switch for?
