Help. I have a 2001 z202.
I have the power captain chair but the motor doesn't work. Anyone have experience on this? Secondly the GPS when it first gets power looks to look for north but locks onto s/e no matter what. Any help would be great.

What GPS unit are you referring to? Aftermarket add on or the in dash compass?
The Faria electronic compass has a pretty good warranty through Faria. They will repair their gauges at a reasonable price +shipping.

I'm such a goof. Not GPS but compass. You have contact info for them?

I know of somebody who had this problem, turned out to be the speakers he had fitted up under his dash

I'll doulbe check these magnets. Does make since giving it stops same directed everytime and it does start to move when I first give power...
I'd be the compass is point north right at the magnet. I'll let you know ..if I'll buy you a road soda...
