Thanks. I may check for a part number on those. The piano hinges, on mine, screw into the end and are starting to pull out on a few screws. It looks like your mounting is much stronger.

Hi all, I have a 1994 Z220 Talari my hatch motors work very very slow. I disassembled them as much as possible and
checked the motors, connected them to my 12V. battery. They seem to work fine. I took apart the screw drives and they were rusted up, so I cleaned them and greased them. Hooked them to the battery and worked like new. NOW the problem. Put them back in the boat and hooked them up and they were so slow I drank four beers. Then I disconnected them from the hatch thinking the hatch was too heavy and they were still like turtles. Could the switch be the problem? I pulled the switch and it wasn't corroded. I must not be getting the full 12 volts to the motors. One runs slower than the other. Any thoughts?

Could be voltage drops in either the wiring or the switch.

I have heard factory actuators are very slow. I ordered a new one (my jubilee has one actuator and one lift assist cylinder) off amazon made by progressive automations model was PA-04-16-100 and they are marine grade and very quick. They have many sizes as well. $159...
