I have a '93 Shabah 198 and my fuse block is under the dash close to the hull like mikeyt's. It's kind of hard to see under there but it's there.

It is under the dash of my 94 davanti 225. You need to remove the panel by your feet.
There are 2 blocks, one of mine had an issue with a connector.
The wiring under there is a mess.

Well after removing multiple panels and things I probably have no business removing, I found the fuse panel! On our 94 Z235 davanti it is behind the starboard side upper interior trim above the shift/throttle controls. All that is required to access the block is to lift straight up on the trim piece ( the same set up as the dividers in the engine compartment). I felt very foolish after discovering the method of access. Hopefully this will help someone else.
