Would anyone know what the WOT is for a 21' Mariah Talari 4.3L Merc ?

    I've never heard of a "4.7" but the range is most likely 4400-4800rpms. If its the 4.3 or the 5.0 (carbed or MPI with alpha outdrive) it is 4400-4800rpms.

    See the sticky at Propeller education links. Mercury has a prop finder on there that is pretty awesome. You will need your WOT speed (via GPS) and RPM.
