Can an yone give me an idea of what a 94 Mariah Talari would go for? We know very little about boats and would appreciate any info. The boat does have a trailer, comes with a tube and 3 life jackets. No bimini top, only a boat cover. fresh water cooling and swim step with ladder are about all the options. 4.3L engine.

There are just too many variables to really give you an answer worth much. The location of the seller, if the boat has been in salt water, what size the Talari is, what condition the vinyl, gel coat, and hull are in, etc. etc.
NADA does have boat prices but they are usually quit a bit lower than real world prices in most locations. The best thing to do is shop your area for comparables.

Since you're new to boats another suggestion would be to have the boat surveyed by a marine surveyor prior to your purchase.
