Default Shabah 18 factory bilge pump location question

there seems to be a square raised pad in the sole of the boat just under the front of the 4.3 engine. i can almost see screw holes in it... was this the factory pad placed under the fiberglss to mount the bilge pump?

my boat has a small, non float switched, bilge pump screwed to the bulkhead that divides the motor compartment and the gas tank compartment. i am replacing the pump with one that has a float switch, and is a larger size.

Before i create an angle bracket to mount this pump (it attaches on the bottom) i would love to know if that raised pad is designed to be the base of the factory bilge pump.

anyone know?

The bilge pump in my Z210 is mounted on the pad as you described it.
