Default Raven boats--Mariah connection?

I was web surfing one evening and came across the "Raven" boat web site. Look at the blue and white boat in the first row of photos.......hull design, seats, upholstry, etc....it bears a strong similarity to our boats. Anybody know anything about this?

Wow, that's an incredible similarity!! I was looking at the hull design thinking the Spectra is almost an exact match, and then the interior, it's almost an exact duplicate! My thought is they could have very well purchased the hull molds during the final auction when the plant closed, or they purchased the old molds from Sea Fox when they slightly "redesigned" them in 2010. I searched the net a bit more Raven boats and found they produce an outboard model which bears a pretty striking resemblance to the Diablo Outboard model Mariah made in the mid 90's. Sea Fox never produced the outboard 18 footer, so perhaps Raven picked that mold up at the auction too. Take a look at their Elite 18 and Elite 17 models.

OK, this is WAY too friggin' obvious they at least got the seat molds....
