Default Captain Chair Pedestal

I have a 214 Jubilee Deck Boat. The chair tightener bolt on the pedestal apparently is stripped making it impossible to tighten. Any repair ideas or must I replace the pedestal?

Thanks.

FYI I just replaced the pedestals with taller versions and the order did not include the tightener bolt by default. I used the ring / bolt on the seat...

I have a 98 Jubilee 214. The handle assembly can be found at this site: http://www.cascadedepot.com/servlet/...sh-8%22/Detail
It cost 9.60 plus shipping. I did have to add an extension to the threaded end to allow for interference between the handle and the seat base. Another $3.50, but it made it like new!
