Ok .. someone has to be near their boat to work on it!

I want to see what you guys are talking about here. Personally I dont think my boat has what you guys have and I know my top wont fit under the hatch cover. Unless it bends and I dont know it does.. ROFL.

    Yours looks easy!

Mine doesn't have the angled clearance yours does on the sides, it is flat all the way across like yours is above the motor. Then there is a hole on each side for the legs.

Mine stores at the front of the engine compartment, resting on the carpeted engine enclosure just behind the rear bench. It's still a tight fit on each side, but must not be nearly what you guys describe.

Looks can be deceiving. The legs angle down towards the sides of the hull. The total width of the opening is less than the dimension between the bottom of the legs. Anyway you slice it, it's not a easy as it looks to remove/store.

Just getting the 2nd leg started in the hole is the worst part of the job.

I think by the time the 99's rolled (or floated!) around, they realized thier bimini stowage system sucked!

    Hmmmmmmmmmmm....

I think this design was only with the FULL sunpad boats. My design has the doghouse cover and 2 side jump seats that can be converted into a full sunpad.

Unless the legs bend "somewhere" on my bimini, mine sticks out about 3-4inches above the upper engine crossmember pieces. If I remember, I will take a picture of it this weekend.

It could also be the bimini I have, isnt the stock one as well ...
