Hi, I took my Z260 out for the third time with no problems until I gave the engine a rev up to charge the batteries as they were low next thing I hear a loud click and the engine just died

I have replaced the ecm, fuel pump, injector sensor and map sensor and checked the wiring and relays but no joy can anyone help please

Need a little more information. I assume it is the 7.4 MPI and also assume that it cranks but does not fire? Have you put a fuel pressure gage on the rail to make sure it has fuel pressure? Does it have spark? Did you ever determine what the loud click was? Have you done a compression check?

it cranks but wont fire and it sparks, fuel pressure is there, but no ground or earthing through the brain to the injectors to let the fuel in
