Does anyone have a break down of a wiring section for a trim and tilt on a 1998 4.3LX Mercruiser

need to make sure wiring is in the correct spots

Fuel pump on a 4.3 l mercruiser 1998
I started noticing when im trying to start my boat that the fuel pump isnt giving a puff of gas in the carb.
But when I took the line off my carb and turned the engine over there was nothing but in a short bit when I tried again a shot of gas came thru the line,does this mean my electric fuel pump is going(my pump style is long like a cylinder style and mounted on the front of the motor.

Probably yes the fuel pump is failing. You can either rebuild or replace. I would replace.
