Hi PROPNUT and to anyone considering a drive shower for their Merc outdrive.
I highly recommend the Drive Shower that ShabahZ250 and lomitabob posted!
We have the Halo® Max on our Bravo 3 because it didn't require drilling of the cavitation plate and based on their literature, their design seemed sound.
So, no drilling, no down the road corrosion issues and if you happen to have a new outdrive under warranty, this shower wont void it. It's well built and it works like they claim.
