Thunder on the Niagara 2013
Well race fans, were only about 12 hrs away from the start of Thunder on the Niagara 2013! Heading out in the morning and getting a good spot in the 3/4 corner for the races. Nothing quite like the smell of nitromethane in the morning. Last year only a handful of GP50 boats made the trip and the weather was crappy. Looks like 80 degrees and 4 mph wind which should make the river pretty fast for these guys...I will post pics tomorrow night. The 3.0 and 5.0 litre guys put on a good show, but something about a supercharged, nitro drinking 140+ MPH boat just makes your bones quiver.
