Default BBC EMI Thunder Exahust

I have a set of EMI thunder aluminum exhaust manifolds that replace the cast steel manifolds on your BBC.

I hot tanked them and got 90% of the carbon out of the inside, then sanded and polished the outside of the manifold (cant see the inside once installed) and all sides of the risers that are exposed.

They come with all the pipe fittings and riser to manifold bolts as well. Not pictured, but included are the shifter/throttle brackets as well that are chromed.

I got (what they told me from EMI) the last set of "thru water" gaskets and a set of bypass gaskets (your choice of either set).

$1000.00, plus shipping. Shipping weight is approx 50 lbs. Paypal accepted.

Can you see the reflection of my Mariah Dealer sign hangin upside down from the ceiling ??

They look awesome! A fine addition to any big block. Not to mention a healthy weight savings...

they werent so purty back then were they ?

its all just a process. strip em, sand em smooth and lean on the polishing wheel til the metal is hot, then things start to flow.

just wished I could show you the pain I felt more then a few time when the heat reaches thru the gloves I wear.
