Those Smart Tabs will definitely help get you onto plane faster & keep you there longer at lower rpms. If you are running a 21" prop now then dropping to a 19" 3 blade will add about 400 rpms, a 19" 4 blade about 500 rpms and to an 18" 4 blade will likely add about 650 rpms. Unless you are absolutely sure of your WOT rpms then i might consider the 19" 4 blade in an aluminum prop as your best choice. With that prop you will find a significant increase in your low to mid-range acceleration which is great for pulling toys and you will likely only lose about 4 mph off your top end.
