Default Bravo 3 nioses?

o k. Here's what i have. Bravo 3 that's making a vibration throughout the boat. I replaced the gimble and bellows back in May. I checked the motor alignment at that time and everything checked out. We took it out once and everything sounded great. The next time and since its been making this rumbling sort of noise and its always there wether im in gear or idling. I pulled the drive, rechecked the gimble and alignment, it all checked out. When i turn the props by hand (with drive attached to boat and off boat) theres some resistance that Im not sure is normal and I can hear the gears turning inside. Is all that normal? I checked my gear oil and its full and looks good. Also it seems to run at pretty high RPMs. At half throttle RPMS are close to 4500 and if i leave it there they'll start to go down and i can throttle up more. Any suggestions? thanks

99 258 7.4 w/ bravo 3. When I turn my props by hand I feel the gears turning but definitely don't feel any resistance......I also think I feel a rumble throughout the boat but since it my first boat I don't know what normal is.......Sometimes I think it's just the water conditions because I think on flat days I feel less rumble......I drained/changed my gear oil but it came out clean.......never checked the gimbal (out of fear + lack of money). That being said I bought some new props and install tool to see if I notice a change because my props have a few dings on them and thought they might not be balanced.... We'll see
