How many hours on your Mariah??

Just pulled the cover off our 1997 Jubilee and was wondering how its 192 hours compares to other on this site.

Mark 04-05-2008 01:54 AM

I have 45 hrs on mine.:)

Brian 04-05-2008 02:14 AM

Hours

Ours is a 200 talari z with 170 hrs on a 4.3l 180hp merc alpha 1. The fella who had it before us was a fisherman and did no skiing or tubing.
Thats gonna change!!!
Brian

mikeyt 04-05-2008 03:24 AM

It says 22 on the hour meter but i believe it was set back to 0 when the engine was rebuilt in 2005. Silly ex-wife didn't want to spend the money on winterizing it....

indykoch 04-05-2008 03:26 AM

Geez!!! Do you guys paddle to cocktail cove and back, or what???

My '99 has 322 hours, and that's supposed to be below average (I always hear 50 per year is the norm)!

I don't care for quitters, but you all need to lay off the booze and do some driving!!!

mikeyt 04-05-2008 03:29 AM

Geez.... i just bought the boat last spring with 1.5 hrs on it so i put just a hair over 20 once i finally got it all cleaned up and some cosmetic repairs done to it. If everything falls into place this year i'll put a few on her...

WetWilly 04-05-2008 06:06 AM

Got over 400 on ours...

Z 202 04-05-2008 12:03 PM

Mine rolled over 300 at the end of last season. I don't know if that reflects the # of hours on the engine, b/c the in dash hour meter runs when the ignition is on, but the engine is not running.

I've put about 80 hours of run time on the boat in the last 2 years.

dieselwiezil 04-06-2008 01:15 AM

73 on my 212

Mariah Z276 04-06-2008 02:38 PM

I got 370 hrs on my 1997.

97 Z222 04-06-2008 09:24 PM

200 hrs on our Z222. This will be our first full boating season with her, so I am interested to see what our "average" will be.

Mariah Z276 04-07-2008 12:18 AM

I have 370 hrs on my 1997 Z276

180diablo 04-07-2008 12:57 PM

I think the engine hour meter was part of the upgrade package in my year..hehe.

I dont even think my '93 even has an ECM, does it? If it did, I would love to extract it to see how many hours are on it. I do know it sat in storage from about 2004 to sept 06 when I bought it.

So for now my engine hours are ... N/A :p

gcyoakum 04-08-2008 09:32 PM

I just purchased a 1994 Shaba Z212 with 208 hours. Mint condition including original upholstery with MARIAH seat stitching. Poor thing has spent most of it's life in a garage.

Z 202 04-08-2008 09:59 PM

Welcome gcyoakum.

Your story sounds familiar, I bought my 95 202 2 years ago with only 230 hours on it. Interior was all original and all in mint conditon. :wink_thumbup:

202 04-12-2008 05:28 PM

i have 160 hours on mine. i put about 20 hours a year .http://www.mariahownersclub.com/foru...lies/frown.gif

lawmanbsi 04-21-2008 12:16 PM

We bought ours last august with 205 and by sept we had 310. Kids left the hour meter running for about 40 hrs by leaving the key on.

moondance100 04-22-2008 12:05 AM

Bought my 95 last year with 149 hours on it. I wound it up to 196 last year....I didnt' buy it to sit in the storage building! I hope to put 50 a year on it..

I put 20 gallons of gas in it this past weekend....I figure I'll do that a few weekends in a row and start the year with a full tank!!

2 OWNER MARIAH 04-22-2008 02:10 AM

Our 2001 222 Shabah has 156 hrs, and our 1999 Z280 has 91 hrs. We have a very short boating season up here in the upper midwest, keeps the hours low!

grandlake mariah z302 04-23-2008 03:45 PM

My 99 Z302 has 143 hours, I just bought it though so i'm betting that goes up quick this summer!!!!

ShabahZ280 04-23-2008 05:13 PM

Had to run up to the storage place just to check the hour meter yesterday, 231.8

she had 135 on her when I got her in January of '06.

01DiabloMissouri 04-24-2008 05:01 PM

My 2001 180 Diablo has 212 hours on it

215Talari 04-24-2008 08:10 PM

Hey Grand Lake Mariah z302, would you happen to be located on Grand Lake in Afton, OK? Just was curious because we purchased our Z280 from Marine Max of Afton.

dwmax 04-24-2008 10:51 PM

I got my Mariah in september 2007 with 170 hours on it. It now has just over 230 hours on it and still ticking, I will be putting more hours on it tomorrow.

Roger Butterfield 05-02-2008 07:13 PM

Where are you taking it? Canyon Lake or Medina Lake? We just moved to Michigan from SA in November.

137 hours on mine BTW :wink_thumbup:

MariahShabah3.0 05-04-2008 01:39 PM

264 Hrs on the Shabah!

John Miller 05-18-2008 09:58 PM

115 on my 97

198se358 05-21-2008 02:31 AM

I have a 1997 198SE Shabah (4.3) and have never found the hour meter on it. Where is it? I bought the boat used in 2005 and would be interested just how many hours are in it. There is no hour meter on the dash.

Updating my old post ...

As of this spring, my engine hours will be ... ZERO hours on it!

HA! Beat that for a 1993 boat.:D:D

WetWilly 05-21-2008 07:02 PM

All women only turn 29. It is funny when you compliment them saying " happy 29th" or something along that line.

Guys just get better with age  ... just like boats :)

Banson41 05-22-2008 03:51 PM

I just purchased my 1996 Mariah Z210 BR and she has 360 hours.

93mariah 05-25-2008 10:51 PM

We have 483 hours on our '93 Barchetta Z and it still runs well. We spend more time zipping around the lake than anchored in Party Cove.

Banson41 05-26-2008 03:18 AM

My 96 Z210 has 360 hrs on it but won't see anymore till I fix the road rash on the hull.

vkrishan 05-27-2008 11:53 PM

I have 340 hours on my '94 Z225

Mariah_in_636 05-28-2008 12:16 PM

Bought mine Aug. 07 with 92 hours.

Sunday topped 126. Thats due to the end of last summer though since as other midwesterners are aware we have not had what would be considered "ideal" contitions yet.

Anyone want to buy a house here top dollar so I can go buy a house for bottom dollar in Phoenix? :rolling_laugh:

Gary Black 05-28-2008 05:12 PM

Hello,

Just bought a 1999 182 bowrider 3.0 with a genuine ten hours on the clock, original owner from new with all documentation including original bill of sale and been in fresh water three times with a full history.

Cheers,

Gary
