sounds like a good buy Gary Black.

Gary Black 05-28-2008 09:19 PM

Hello,

I certainly hope so, l pick it up this coming Tuesday, the guy l bought it from is an absolute gent, it has been basically been dry stored all it;s life, winterised and serviced every year since he had it, he sold it due to not using it 9obviously), l think l have bought a real beauty of a boat.

I wil post some pictures of it next week when l get home form working offshore.

Thanks for the responce, it is a really good site we have found with loads of available information.

Cheers for now,

Gary

Did someone say Grand Lake Afton, Oklahoma? Spent many youthful summers there.

Wow, I thought my boat had low hours. I ordered mine back in '94. Took delivery November 4th, 1994. Wonderful boat, have really enjoyed her. She has 94.7 (one owner) hours on her as of today.

Have decided to sell her as we don't get to use her much (as you can tell). Gonna miss her.

rjobe 07-14-2008 01:32 AM

630 hours on my 1995 Mariah! I use it as much as can...

Gary Black 07-14-2008 07:33 AM

Hello Guys,

I took delivery of my boat last month, during the 4 weeks home, l have managed to put a further 13 hours on it, impressive when you think it had only 10 hours in eight years, so she has now done a mighty 23 hours and is running perfectly. The engine bay is still like new on her.

Cheers,

Gary

Guess it must be our beautiful Florida weather 'cause my '95 davanti just topped 445 and still runs like a top!

Only wish I could find the original hull graphics as the years of fun have taken their toll

Gary Black 07-14-2008 11:06 AM

Florida, yep that would do it, we have the scenery in Scotland however, the weathe is a completely different ball game, l now have the boat in storage in Loch Lomond in a dry berth so any glimpses of Sunshine on the weekends that l am home and the family and I will be out on the water, the hours will be racking up in the coming months, otherwise, what is the point of owning such a fantastic boat?

Cheers,

Gary

I have a 96 Shabah and I do not have an hour meter that I know about. i know the engine was rebuilt with only a couple of hours on it when I bought it. Is there a meter somewhere that I would not see? I would love to know how much time I have spent with the rebuild.

SARDiver 08-05-2008 02:49 PM

I almost sold my Z252 because I wasn't getting her out enough, then I relized life is to short. I'm on the verge of 200 hrs on my 2000 and thats going to happen this weekend.

Well, nothing fell into place this summer with my wife being ill since March :(
I only added 4 running hours so now i'm up to 29. I may get her out once more later this month though...

1994 Davanti 330 hours. I purchased it with 225hrs in 2005. Last years fuel prices kept me in party cove a little longer. :rolling_laugh:

Re: How many hours on your Mariah??

Funny, I was just looking at pics I took of my "new" 1992 2000Z and I noticed when I zoomed in that I can see kinda clearly that it had 393 hrs on the meter....something I hadn't noticed when I bought it.

Still haven't had it in the water...couple more months and then we will see how many I put on it this summer.

Re: How many hours on your Mariah??

This may be a stupid question...

I have a 96 180 Shabah. I bought it last summer, and I can't find an hour meter. If I have one where would it be?
