As for your new Mariah......looks to be a 198 Shabah. 
LOA = 19'-10"
Beam= 92"
Weight= 2550 lbs (better add a couple hundred for V8)
Fuel Capacity= 30 Gal.
Are you sure it is a 5.0L? Brochure for 1993 only states 3.0L , 4.3L , 0r 5.7L for powerplants.
Maybe someone repowered with the 5.0L?
Either way she ought to run in the 50-60 MPH range.
Fuel Consuption comes down to how far you push the throttle!
