My boat is legally gone and nothing I can do about it but sue the storage guy. But I am in the process of buying a 1999 shabah with a 454 fuel injected rated 375hp with 210 hrs on the clock. 252 model. Excellent condition with new out rageous sterio system, and captains choice exhaust. New prestige trailer. Needs a little love but not much. So we will see from here. Just sucks to have go out and buy another boat.

I would make them pay for ur old boat, how much it cost u since u will never b able to get it back, and pay for the new boat u want.

There has got to be a criminal charge in there somewhere and definitely negligence... No way I would lay down on this.
