Let's keep in mind that Oregondunes's modifications are all personal preference. He's customizing the boat to fit his specific needs, and props to him for tackling such a huge project.

The boat in it's stock form and configuration has made many people very happy for many years.

Can't really think of anything I would change. It still has the original GPS. But I never go on the Ocean so its really a mute point for me. At some point I'll probably swap TV's for a nice LED. But other then that, I really can't think of anything. From what I've been reading you really need to throw some serious money at it to get her in the mid to low 60's. And the Bravo 3's are only rated for 500hp I think. Mid 50's will have to do.

They are sold all over the place. Even Walmart carries them. There are different sizes depending on what you need. Just measure your opening to make sure it fits before you buy one!

Anyone have any pics of their silent choice exhaust setup on the 302? I'm just wondering how the pipes are run etc...

The 454 that came with the boat is toast, But I've bought a 502 long block to dump in. From what I've read it looks like all the 454 dressings will fit on the 502 with the exception that I may need to flash the ECM. IF anyone has any info please on this time of a motor swap feel free to send it my way.
