Default 2000 Shabah interior vinyl color?

Hi all...trying to pin down the correct vinyl color and type to recover the rear bench lower seat. I've found supplier of the Nautolex w/prefixx coating... however there are like a dozen differnt types offered and mulitiple colors that look similar to mine. I have what I call cream interior often seen in the 2000-01's. Off white to some, light tan to others..LOL Pattern almost looks a little bit like a leather grain. Anyhow was wondering if anyone here by chance knows what series of Nautolex vinyl and color it may be. I suppose I will be cutting a section out to send to the supplier to see if they can match it up unless I find out before hand. Thanks! Mike.

Chances are, if you've got a Limited Edition model (which it looks like you do), it's "Buckskin" vinyl. That was part of the LE package.

Also, I see you're in Ohio, not too far up the river from me! Did you find a local supplier or distributor?

Thanks Chris, yes, it's a limited, and I requested a sample of the buckskin vinyl from Gary's upholstery in tampa florida, couldnt' find anyone local to order it from. My upholstery guy did a great job on my old barchetta..but, wanted a better color match this time around on the shabah! I'll post my results once the sample gets here. You on the ohio river as well? Luckily I can have the boat in the river in less than 10 min where I am located.

Cool, keep us updated with how it goes. Finding some distributors for the Nautolex stuff would help a lot of members on here!

Yes, I used to be on the river. My family has boated on the river since the 50's. I grew up on it and have kept my boats there for the last 15 years. Harbored at Rivertowne & Shelter Cove on the Ohio side, and Manhattan Harbour on the KY side. When I was at Shelter Cove & Rivertowne, it's literally a 5 minute ride to my house, which was nice. However, after trailering it up to Lake Erie and visiting friends on holiday weekends up there for the last three years, this past year I decided to keep my boat up there full-time. Worked out a great deal with my marina to keep truck and boat stored together, so I just need to drive up in my car, switch vehicles at the marina, launch the boat and I'm ready to go for the weekend! And the price was WAY cheaper than any marina on the river. It's just a different style of boating up there, many more things to do on the water. I do bring the boat back for the Labor Day fireworks weekend. I always enjoyed boating up towards your area, the water is much nicer up that way

Very cool Chris. Haven't ever boated lake erie, might have to put that on my bucket list for next summer! Update: received the nautolex sample yesterday. So happy, it's an absolute perfect match! Will be ordering material today. "www.garysupholstery.com" is where I found it, they had the free sample to me in less than 3 days. Current pricing is $17.99 yard. If anyone is looking for the correct vinyl, they probably have it! Look under nautolex mariner tab on web site.

It could be.... I know it's the correct version for the LE models. I'd request a few samples from them, try the nautolex mariner, and the boltaflex line.

Here's an older thread where it's discussed in a little more detail by some people redoing their interiors.

My 1997 Shabah 210 LE has the tan colored vinyl. I needed to recover the bow seats and found that the Nautalex "Buckskin" color matched almost exactly. Here is a pic of the recovered bow seat bottoms. The rest of the vinyl was fine and not covered (bottoms only).
