I know stereo man should pipe in here I just fixed a stereo issue, well a little blown sub started it. But anyways, would you put two 600 watt amps in the fride area under the dash on a Z278 I think that would get excessively hot no? But thats where I found them blown fuses and all.

put all your amps in the engine bay, stays warm and dry. There is plenty of air movement. not to mention, very little vibrations from big waves

Yeah thats where I have always had them guess I will relocate them who ever did this system, it makes me wonder even more what else is hiding, I mean I would have put the subs in the two samller areas one in the with the inverter the other opposite side.
