I picked up an old 1990 20 ft'er with a 4.3LX today. I want to take it about 30 miles today to drop it off in a different marina. The trip will be relatively easy as not too much wind today. I'm not going load it down with anything but me, the wife and a full tank of gas.

Any ideas on how the mileage should be? I don't want to end up in the middle of lake ontario.

I've ran from Hamilton harbour to Port Credit and back on less than a tank of fuel in my '96 18' with the 4.3 so you should be fine.
