Default Cloth Mesh for accessories

Hello Boaters
I just purchased a 2000 Mariah 202 Shahbah and I'm presently fixing and tweeking some things on the boat before going out this weekend. I noticed that there are cloth mesh accessories holder behind the 2 seats and 2 more at the bow. The cloth mesh has dried and is all strectched out. Where can I purchase some of this cloth?
Thanks,
Peter

Purchase some black elastic from a sewing center and replace the stretched elastic at the top of the netting. I did mine and it looks and works much better now. I believe it was 1" but you will need to check the width of your original elastic.
The netting and the elastic are sort of melted together at the outer ends so they need to be carefully separated. Feed the new elastic through the channel the old elastic came out of and secure the end that is even with the end of the net with the screw and the trim that covers the rough ends. Then stretch the elastic to a point that the elastic pulls the top closed but will still stretch open enough to allow room to insert items in the netting pocket. When you have it pulled to your satisfaction, insert the screw through the other trim and tighten to retain the netting and elastic. Then simply trim off the excess elastic and you are done.

Thanks IOWAwing for the advice but 3 out of the 4 have rips and are totally baked. They need to be replaced.

Today I put the bimini up and it was not what I expected. It was in great shape but it had to be connected to the windshield and was low and just covered the driver and passenger seats.
Any recommendations on a replacement bimini that is higher(walk around underneath) and longer with no connection to the windshield. Overtons has so many. Need to nail one down quick.
Or does a custom built bimini have to be constructed for this boat?
Its going to be a HOT summer!

    Thanks
    Peter

Yes, the factory top is actually a convertible top, not a true bimini. Several owners have bought off the shelf models (from places like Overtons) for their Mariahs. Do a forum search and you'll likely hit on a number of threads.
