Hello - I just inherited a nice 1992 MX19. The only thing that needs a little work is the carpet as it is showing its age. The engine is a beautiful 4.3L that runs very quiet and strong.

After doing some research, I see that Mariah also made a MX19S the same year.

Does anyone know what the differences are between the two models?

Rob, I also have a 1992 MX19 with the 4.3LX, the broucher says that the 19S is a closed deck, other than that it looks to be the same. Would like to see some pictures of yours, I have some in the gallery.

Ron - I saw the pictures of your boat in the gallery when I joined the club. It is very nice and looks in great shape. Mine is almost identical except for the accent color which is green. Also I have the original carpet that is also green. I would love to replace as it shows any dirt at all that comes from the beach. Is yours original?

I will be doing winterizing this weekend, as this is our last trip to northern Michigan for the year. I will try to snap some pictures of it and post them when I get home.
