Hi Jeff, looks like something the previous owner did. You couldn't install the switch if the knobs were glued on (knob too big to fit through the hole ).

    It stands to reason that the factory could have glued the knobs on after the switches were installed.

    True, but then you'll have your situation, can't remove the switch because the knobs are too big to fit through the holes

    Good way for the factory to sell more switches. Wouldn’t be the first time an OEM made it difficult to service a part.

    I would gather from what you are saying though, that on other Mariah boats the factory didn’t typically glue on the switch knobs so it must have been a previous owner.

    Are you sure they are glued on, mine were very tight and I had to lever them off with a screwdriver (very carefully)
