    Thumbs up Power hatch dilema

Hi Mark.If you have a cigarette lighter I'd try hooking one of those battery booster packs up to it and leave it connected for a couple hours.Might put enough juice into battery to get the hatch up.If you put too much juice to lighter socket it might blow fuse so thats why I thought one of these packs might just give it a slow charge.Someone else probably has had your problem but this is what I would try if I was stuck.Good luck.

    Default power hatch problem

    thanks stowaway!

figured it out....takes two people. one lifts the front up 4 inches (far as it will go) . the other reaches in with a cresent wrench and there is a pin that holds the rod to the deck. un bolt the pin and puch out and the deck lifts up.
jumper box and you are down the road.
just did it. appreciate the help though.

    Default

i leave a cheap battery charger hooked up to a battery and routed the plug to the vent on the port side. I tied a knot in the cord and it lays out out sight. when the batteries died, i plugged it and the the hatch raised.
