Click on forum at the top, then go down and click on original mariah manuals and supplements, on the 4th page there will be mariah wiring harness diagrams. Download the pdf for 1998 and scroll to the model.

I will say they are very vague and really is not going to help you with this issue, it really only gives you wire colors for the circuits. Pretty much will need to trial and error it testing your circuits. I have a 98 jubilee 24' as well and have completely rewired much of my boat especially behind the radio it was a mess. Boat wiring is pretty simple though, 12v positive and a ground! I wired my radio to one of the unused acc switches so I do not have to have the key on to listen to it.
