Default Motor mount bolts stripped out. Advice / options?
I have a 1994 22' Talari and am in process of replacing motor. The lags that hold motor mounts are stripped out. The box that holds them, how is it constructed? I'm assuming they need to be removed and rebuilt. Could I fabricate a metal motor mount cradle to fit in place of the boxes and bolt it to the stringers?
