Default First cruiser Z 276 MCC

I finally got some time to work on the boat. Got the fresh water system working for the first time in 3 years. Previous owners never used it because they didnt want one more thing to winterize. I been testing the head. It's a Jabco manual flush. Again, not used in 3 years. I'm thinking I should replace the seals in the toilet. Is there a kit? Next, my sink drains. They flow directly overboard. I'm in NY. Is that legal? I'm wondering if there are valves that divert to the holding tank. I'm hoping to get her ready for the 4th of July week. Any help is much appreciated. Home lake is Oneida lake in Syracuse.

I am in NY as well, in the Hudson, and my sink drains go directly overboard. Does Lake Oneida have regulations that prevent any type of discharge? Even grey water? We only have tanks for black water.

Oneida lake is on the Erie canal system. No special regs that I know of. Lots of cruisers come through here.
