Default Wiring Diagram Needed Dash lights gone Nuts

looking for a wiring diagram for a 1999 Mariah jubilee deck boat. can anyone help ?

Here is whats happening.... First, had not run the boat in about 6 month but everything was perfect then.
Then went to start it and the Pump impeller was froze...so I changed it...started right up, went out on the lake ...ran fine.....but then turned on the city lights and noticed.....,

My Dash Switches have gone nuts.....One switch does it all !!

I can turn on any switch...say the Dock Light switch the lower indicator light on the Dock toggle switch comes on ...along with ever switch on the dash....Blower, Bilge, Storage, Horn, Nav. Etc...

And this happens with every switch....turn on any switch and it turns on and operates all the other dash switches. So turn any Dash switch on and everything comes ON..!!!

Boat runs fine but this is driving me crazy....its got to be something simple but I cant find the source of the problem.....HELP

Thanks, Will

You are a silver contributor which means you already have access to the available wiring diagrams in the Manuals & Supplements section.

willhsteele, a bad ground can cause strange problems like what you describe. When a main ground wire connection fails due to corrosion or becomes loose the electric current can/will find a "back circuit" through other grounded components. I suggest you check the main ground wire connection (ground wires are black) on your fuse panel. You could loosen and retighten the connection and see if that changes or resolves your problem. Another possibility is, if there is a small gauge wire on your battery cable at the negative battery post check it for good connection. A last resort ground check would be to take a temporary wire and run it from the main ground connection on the fuse panel back to the battery ground post. That is a diagnostic test which will bypass the boat's ground wire from the battery to the fuse panel to determine if there is a break somewhere in the boat ground wire.
