Default Anchor compartment wires

My 99 202 shabah has a blue and black connectors up front in the anchor compartment. I know this topic is been brought up before but I can't seem to find it. I wanted to hook some lights up to it but I can't seem to find what they are wired up to. I already tried all the ACC switches and no power. What I wanted to ask is has anybody seen what his label means on the wires? I found this label under the starboard side in the seat compartment I just followed the wires?

Was that color on the wiring diagrams? Might be a home brew special. Playpen?

Playpen is a nickname for the bow area. Certainly not labeled by Mariah.....
The only wires near the anchor locker are:
    1. Bow navigation light
    2. Bow courtesy light
    3. Stereo speaker wires if you have them up in the bow.....

If it's a Z202, might be the docking lights

On my boat, the blue and white wires and connectors go to the docking lights (one pair on each side). The red/green nav light wires are black and white. I see no labels on any of them.

    That's for the docking lights.

Firestone: That's what i was kinda thinking lol. That's why it made me question it.

Pllevine/96 Mariah Z252: you guys may be right about wires for docking lights but mine is not a Z.

GaryDoug: if yours are blue and white then these black and blue wires may be something else but the only possibility would be for docking lights. That's he only thing that makes sense.

Anybody know if there's maybe a fuse to add to get power to these I didn't spend much time searching I just checked for power and got nothing. I wanted to add LED light pods for the night time sometimes I get caught out late coming back from the restaurants on the lake and I want to be seen returning to the dock.

Ooopps. I mis-typed, My wires are black and blue. I suspect that the wires are in all models just so there is something to use if the docking lights are added later or by the dealer. Did you check behind the dash for the same wires. That is where the docking light switch would be located.
