Nice! I just have so many projects on this boat to get the electrical back to 100% it can be hard prioritizing them. But this one looks like a must have 1st step. Thanks for the pictures!

    Would you have a wiring diagram on how you added the second battery. Really like the smaller switch and wouldn't mind adding another battery

    Adding the second battery is pretty easy. First, the ground cables are daisy chained from battery negative to battery negative. Next, the battery switch has a terminal for the positive battery cable #1, positive battery cable #2, and the terminal to the boat power feed (used to be the positive cable from the "single battery system".
    That's about it..... Simple.... And the switch comes with good documentation.

    Blue Sea Systems Micro battery switch.... I think it's a 6000 series. They also have an automatic charge relay too (ACR).....

    Another place for water entry is a leaky exhaust tube inside the boat. It is all held together with hose clamps.
