Tired of buying ICM's. Gonna change to delco or Msd to get rid of Thunderbolt any thoughts?

How many have you replaced? That's kind of a once in several year thing unless there's a secondary problem. Just make sure there's not something else going on before you spend the money on a new ignition system.

This is number 2. The delco ignition is cheaper than the ICM and the replacement parts for delco are way cheaper. They sell about 600 of them a year and its a pretty simple swap. I need to make sure alternator is not overcharging or sending AC current out but still think its the best plan for the Thunderbolt ignition.
