Hi Royster,
Your dash was an in-house part made by Mariah and unfortunately, is no longer available. Your only options are to replace it with a custom dash or try to have it repaired.
ShabahZ250 under took this very task and he documented the entire ordeal. I highly suggest you read it so click here.
Remember, what ever you decide to do, document and label all the wiring in the dash before disconnecting any of them. A digital camera is an invaluable tool here.
