    Larry and Mikey, thank you for the warm welcome! I am working on getting more pics soon, but having issue with boat taking on water through what appears to be a drain hole near the motor so I haven't quite launched her yet!

    Here are a couple pics for now with more to follow when possible

    The only drain hole near the motor that i can think of is the bilge drain. Hopefully you've put the plug in. See if you can get a couple of good pics of the rear of the boat. There may be a drain running from a ski-rope locker or something similar but there shouldn't be any other 'drains" (other than the bilge drain) running directly out the transom. My guess with the limited info is that you have a cracked/split outdrive bellows.
