Hello to all

we were headed out to the lake today and while moving the jet ski's trailer out of the way the wheel/jack by the tongue collapsed and sheared my ring finger tip off right before the knuckle. I'm so pissed that i have a part of my body missing and we didnt get to the lake today, i'm not sure of the order yet!! has anyone had their unit collapse like this? i feel like going after someone here this was a new unit too and i dont feel like it should have done this.
