I checked all the hoses to make sure they are not rubbing anything, and they seem to be fine. The ram is 2 different size fittings, so they cant be put in backwards. The hoses both at the pump are different in the fact that they are a fitting on the high side going to the rack and a hose clamp coming from the cooler back to the pump. It is possible that something is sticking in the pump or in the rack. That is about the only 2 things left, but which one. I am calling mercruiser tomorrow and see what they say. Thanks Mickey.
