My battery is fine and there is power to everything, but when I put the key in and flip the switch to run....there is no tone, and nothing happens on the gauges.
Is there a blown fuse or breaker for the ignition or starter? Is there jut a disconnected wire? Or does it sound like something needs to be replaced?

Need more info. What boat , what year , what power package , etc.
Does it have a safety kill switch?

Yes I believe there is a safety kill but need to double check....it's just weird, that there is power to everything else but the ignition and gauges...I feel like something might just be disconnected.

Even with the safety kill switch it should turn over. I would check to see that you actually hooked up the small wires (ignition/accessory wiring etc) to both of the battery terminals. Sometimes they can be forgotten if they hang down behind the battery box etc.
