    Your dock is underwater?

Locals told me Georgian bay was up 8 to 9" in the last couple of weeks. I saw a lot of water pouring downstream wherever I went this weekend. Your lake will drain down a bit yet...

Has the starboard channel marker always been there? I saw the CG cutter in Colpoys bay, doing bouy maintenence this weekend.

Chris is .. well .. right ! ROFL

Z202: Nah our dock we remove it each winter and the way the water is right now is LOW compared to a few weeks ago.

Do you have the paper charts at home? Look for S238 and S237... they sit side by side.

(in other words... that red marker is "supposed" to be on the opposite side of the green marker).

Yeah, I saw the few weeks ago shots.

I don't have a paper chart. Mapsource tells me exactly where you're looking out on Sparrow lake though. I don't see the green spar though.

I spent most of my time there on the bay to the left of the photo.

Yeah it is hard to see, but it is there (the green spar). Yeah the bay to the left is Welsh Bay into Port Stanton.

On the left side, there is a cottage (or that is the sparrow lake camp), then you see some cottages row,by row (time shares i think), then you see a cottage up on the hill? Right below that cottage on the hill is where the green spar is.
