Hello everyone. Finally getting around to putting on the new SX series smart tabs. While checking everything out, I hand fitted all the parts together. Noticed the 4 hinge bolts are super tight trying to get them shoved through the hinge. Like, I just about will need to take a small hammer to drive them in. Hinge seems very fragile, so I will be careful with it. Wondering if I may take a little sand paper to the nylon bolts and maybe a little lubricant before I actually try to bolt everything up. Anyone else have this problem? Appreciate any input! Thanks, Mike.

Mine were snug and I used a pair of channel locks to gently slide then through. A little silicone spray would likely help. Avoid the hammer as it is hard to control! I love my tabs!

I seem to remember them as tight when installing but they haven't posed a problem since then. A little lubricant would likely help somewhat.
