Default Smart Tab Size Question...

Okay, after listening to all of the people who have installed Smart tabs, I am finally going to make the purchase. The question is what model number should I get??* FYI I have a 2003 SX20 with a merc 5.0
Boat handles pretty good just looking for better performance..

I have the 215 Talari (21' cuddy with the 5.7 BIII drive) and put the larger ones on. Just spent today trying the different settings. No real difference in top end with the middle three settings. So I went with the middle to ensure quick hole shot. The time to plane is so fast with almost no bow rise is it un believeable.!!!! I love mine!!!!

Since it is only 20' I was thinking of doing the 60 pound not the 80..

If bow rise with people sitting aft is not a problem then the 60's should do it. If I had my two grown daugheters sitting on the aft bench the boat would not plane unless one moved forward. Now she jumps on a plane.

Oh that's the problem, I'm looking up at the sky...
I thought somebody wrote that on the newer boats the 80's are too stiff??

If your boat will get on a plane now with people aft then go with the 60s. But if you were like me and it wouldnt plane with even one person on aft seats, the 80s do the trick!
