Yep, that was just one small section of the party. It's one of the biggest parties on the river every year, of course pictures don't do it any justice either, but here's another shot.

i have a picture somewhere of a very simialr looking mariah at the webn fireworks, in fact i think they were river patrol for the day.

Yep, I've seen the river patrol Mariah every year at the WEBN fireworks! And I can never even get a friendly wave back from them
